International Shipping
1. Shipping Fees
Orders will be shipped via FedEx express service. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the total weight of the items and the delivery address, and will be included in the total payment amount. Free shipping is not available for international orders.
At checkout, the final shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed by the Easyship (FedEx) system according to the delivery address (postal code) and the total weight of the items. You may enter your postal code to view the latest shipping fee, as shown in the screenshot.

2. Shipping Destination
We currently ship to Japan. Actual delivery coverage is subject to FedEx service availability and regulations.
3. Delivery Time
Orders are shipped from Taiwan. Actual delivery times are subject to the schedules of the shipping carriers and may vary depending on logistics transfers, destination, and local holidays.
4. Currency and Payment
All products are priced in Japanese Yen (JPY). The actual amount charged will be subject to the exchange rate determined by your credit card issuer or bank.
5. Changes to Shipping Information
If you need to change any shipping information, please contact us at least 3 days before the order is shipped. We will assist you as soon as possible.
If incomplete or incorrect shipping information results in the package being returned, any additional costs, including shipping fees, will be deducted from your order amount.
Once an order has been shipped, shipping information can no longer be changed. If the package is returned for this reason, any additional costs, including shipping fees, will also be deducted from your order amount.
6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
All international shipments are subject to customs inspection and may incur customs duties, taxes, or other fees. If such charges arise, they will be collected from the recipient by the local customs authorities.
We are unable to estimate or guarantee the actual amount of customs duties or taxes charged by each country.
Customs duties are levied directly by the customs authorities of each country. For specific details regarding applicable charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
7. Other Terms
If a package is not collected without valid reason, or is refused due to customs duties or other reasons not attributable to us, the package will be destroyed locally by the shipping carrier. In such cases, no refund or any other compensation will be provided.
Our company reserves the right to provide further explanation of these terms and to make adjustments where necessary.
