How do I order products?
Please add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart first. Once done, click "Checkout" to proceed to the checkout page, and then fill in the correct shipping address to complete your order.
How to fill in order information?
•Please fill in the recipient's address in English. It is recommended that the name matches the name on your passport for customs clearance.
•When placing an order, please ensure that the region, address, and recipient's contact information are correct. If customs clearance is delayed, misdelivery, or undeliverable due to incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for the related costs.
•If the package is returned due to incomplete delivery information, shipping fees and other additional charges will be deducted from the order amount. Delivery information cannot be modified for orders that have already been shipped. If the package is returned due to this, the shipping fees and related charges will also be deducted from the order amount.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need to pay for customs duties myself?
For packages shipped from Taiwan to Japan, if customs duties are required, the recipient will be notified and must pay within the deadline, otherwise the package will not be delivered. If payment is not made by the notified deadline, the package will be impounded, and the recipient will be responsible for all related costs.
How to process returns and refunds for purchases?
•Returns are only accepted for the entire order, not for partial returns.
•For returns, please ensure that "all complete, unopened products from your order, including gifts and add-on items" are properly sealed in their original packaging, and then ship them back to the return address in Taiwan provided by KEIRYO. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
•Please note that since items are shipped from Taiwan, you will be responsible for shipping costs and risks due to personal preferences, incorrect orders, or failure to modify an order in time.

How long does shipping take?
• In-stock items: Orders will be shipped within 3–7 business days after order confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays and weekends).
• Pre-order, out-of-stock, or restock items: Shipping times are subject to the product's sales description and are not limited by the shipping times mentioned above.
• Delivery range: Shipped from Taiwan to Japan. The actual delivery areas are subject to FedEx's official website announcements.
How long does a refund take?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What should I do if I haven't received my refund after more than 15 business days?
