【Shipping and Delivery】
•In-stock items: Orders will be shipped within 3–7 business days after confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays and weekends).
•Pre-order, out-of-stock, or restock items: Shipping times are subject to the product sales description and are not bound by the above shipping schedule.
•Delivery scope: Shipped from Taiwan to Japan. Actual delivery areas are subject to SF Express website announcements.

【Shipping Fees】

• Shipped from Taiwan to Japan via SF Express.

• The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the total weight of the goods and the delivery address, and include it in the total payment.

• Customs duties may be payable according to your country's regulations; these duties may be collected from you upon arrival of the goods.

【Returns and Exchanges】
•Consumers enjoy a 7-day deliberation period starting from the date of product arrival.
•Return shipping costs (both outbound and return) are borne by the consumer.
•Returned items must be in complete packaging and unused.
•If the item is damaged or has irreversible stains, it may affect the right to return or incur damage fees.
•Currently, only full order returns are provided; there is no online exchange service.
