•Pre-order, out-of-stock, or restock items: Shipping times are subject to the product sales description and are not limited by the above shipping schedule.

•Delivery area: Shipped from Taiwan to Japan. The actual delivery areas are subject to the official FedEx website.

[Shipping Fees]

•Shipped from Taiwan to Japan via FedEx Express.

•The system will automatically calculate the shipping fee based on the total weight of the items and the recipient's address, and include it in the total payment amount.

•This delivery does not qualify for free shipping.

[Return and Exchange Services]

•Consumers enjoy a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of product arrival.

•Return shipping costs (outbound and inbound) are borne by the consumer.

•Returned items must be in complete packaging and unused.

•If the product is damaged or has irreparable stains, it may affect the right to return or incur damage costs.

•Currently, only full order returns are provided; no online exchange service is available.
